Lowestpremium.com, San Francisco, an online auto insurance shopper, yesterday said it won two ADDY awards in an advertising competition earlier this month. Lowestpremium.com won a bronze citation of excellence for logo design and a silver citation for the company’s Web site. The ADDYs are awarded by the American Advertising Federation.
