Cnet, New York, said yesterday it would form a new group to offer comparison shopping and other Cnet services to consumers though cell phones and other wireless devices. Cnet will use its acquisition of Santa Clara, CA-based product comparison site mySimon.com this month to offer wireless access to product features, reviews and comparison pricing. Cnet’s online technology product marketplace counts nearly 10 million unique users and more than 150 retailers.
