Seattle’s KUBE 93, said yesterday they were the first on-air broadcaster in the country to market their Web site, KUBE93.com, to consumers outside of their on-air broadcast signal area in an effort to get consumers to listen to the station through their PCs. Two massive billboards on a highway leading into Portland, OR, advertise the station and are contracted to remain there until the end of the month. KUBE is the No. 1-ranked music station in the Seattle area.
